Sudden softening of rhetoric. They rubbed a bit of preparation-H down his rear .. to play a different trick

He said yesterday:  "I would certainly meet with Iran if they wanted to meet. I don't know that they're ready yet.  I ended the Iran deal.  It was a ridiculous deal.  I do believe that they will probably end up wanting to meet and I'm ready to meet any time that they want to.  If we could work something out that's meaningful, not the waste of paper that the other deal was."    

LOL.  So, the nuclear deal was "ridiculous" and a "waste of paper" and he wants to talk something "meaningful."   What other 'meaningful' thing does the goober have in mind ...... sharing the recipe of lemon meringue pie with Tehran?  

It's not the goober's fault.  He's simply taking orders and performing.  The head chef has more authority in the White House kitchen than he has in the Oval Office.

This theatrical piece was just hysterical.  Whoever instructed him to perform it has humiliated him even more than his efforts to humiliate Iran.  Willing to meet but "no preconditions."  That's just as audacious as saying none of Iran's conditions would be accepted but Iran would have to accept all conditions laid down by the US.   

Of course, it took Iran less  than 4 minutes to shred the old tramp's offer, dump it into the commode and flush it down straight inside the gutter.  Iran had just one comment as response:  "the only way back to talks for Washington is to return to the nuclear agreement."
