No wonder, for the sheikhs of the Arabian peninsula, Houthis are a threat but Israel isn't.
For some years we heard much of the U.S. coalition. Now there's also a "Saudi coalition" of regional allies doing the bombing and killing of civilians primarily for the benefit of the United States of America with U.S. money and weapons. First it was that destructive spree over Syria to assist ISIL and dislodge the Syrian government. Spreading the sectarian culture wider, they're now tinkering with the Houthis in Yemen after the Yemeni president fled to Saudi Arabia. Reportedly the Houthis are giving a tough time to this pernicious coalition which has expanded its forces beyond the 'regional' definition to be precise - Morocco, Turkey, Egypt and Pakistan. The Pak government has made no promises yet though.
Destroying
the Axis of Resistance has been the prime target since the spring of
2011 - the big common interest between GCC nations, US, EU, Israel and
Turkey. Their obsession with the Resistance is also getting them
increasingly paranoid. Any Shiia Muslim movement anywhere, and they
get a jolt presuming that its victory might add to the strength of the
Resistance. Though the Houthis aren't directly linked to the
Resistance, it's their sectarian denomination that's getting them
targeted.
