War or peace .. seasons come and seasons go. Time waits for no one.
A serene and peaceful countryside for centuries, Lattakia suffered some of the worst terrorist invasions in 2013 and 2014 - destruction, rape, death and mass graves. Chronicles of tragedy and injustice buried beneath that picturesque land are countless. But they won't remain buried forever.
"When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake
And Earth yieldeth up her burdens,
And man saith: What aileth her ?
That day she will relate her chronicles,
Because thy Rab inspireth her." (99:1-5).
