Vladimir Putin's massive and resourceful territorial project has been to create the "Eurasian Union," a pan-Russian entity similar to the EU. The start of the agreement of this project is scheduled in spring 2014 and its official launching January 2015 that would include Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Belarus. Efforts to relight the fraudulent Orange Revolution of 2004 was the "allergic reaction" to this project to mar its future as stated by author Sabah Ayoub. Catch the resemblance. Libya was attacked by NATO after befriending al-Qaeda and in direct contravention to international laws and basic human rights when the Libyan leader, Muammar Qaddafi, began seriously planning a pan-African gold currency. It’s also reminiscent of the CIA’s attempted sabotage of the Beijing Olympics in 2008 by igniting riots in Tibet through its oldest agent, Dalai Lama.
