At least 12 artists, including American singer/songwriter Lana Del Rey, have pulled out of Israel's Meteor Musical Festival 2018. Israel's violations have gone too far. Singers and musicians want this tyranny to stop, not "art-wash" it. The American pop band 'Of Montreal' stated on Facebook (Sept.5) “We came to the realization that there is no actual appropriate move other than to cancel the show. Now is not the time for escapism and celebrations. Now is the time for activism and protests against Israeli apartheid, Israeli occupation of the West Bank and the human rights atrocities being carried out every day in Gaza by Israeli forces.”
But the embarrassed media claims performers are pulling out because of "BDS pressure" as if BDS is the 'bully' and the Zionist state is the 'victim.' LMFAO.

'Lehovat LaBashan' is actually northern Palestine known as Upper Galilee (on the banks of River Jordan) prior to the robbery. This part of Palestine was stolen in 1945 by a secular Zionist youth group called Hashomer Hatzar who smuggled German and Polish Ashkenazis in the Upper Galilee region of Palestine and renamed it. Media is bragging that this "festival is set on some truly historic grounds." ..... "Historic" for whom? .. for Caucasian robbers coming from as far off as Germany and Poland in the Arab world of Palestine?
